Login VSI Help Center – Improvements & Update Notifications
Login VSI announced the release of the Knowledge Center in June of 2017.
Since then the utilization of the platform has evolved dramatically. In this blogpost we introduce a few of these improvements and updates.
The Answer Bot helps to find more relevant answers to your questions
One of the evolutions is the deployment of a ZenDesk feature called the Answer Bot. This feature utilizes machine learning to supply Login VSI customers with relevant help center articles to their request.
When you are having issues with your Adobe PDF file association, and you write an email or you submit a request through the help center you will receive an email response such as the following:
In this example one of our customers is having an issue with his file type association. This is a result of running a different version of Adobe than specified in the out of box workloads.
Our Answer Bot has reviewed the contents of the request and supplies a relevant help center article to ensure that the customer is able to address their issue as fast as possible.
There are numerous benefits to this.
- We now know some of the most useful articles to our customers, and can ensure that our content is prioritized based upon demand
- The best customer support is immediately fixing the problem. In the REAL example above the customer receives their fix a few seconds after the request
- Your interactions with our Answer Bot improve the quality over time as it learns
Follow Articles and get automatic updates (on new releases for example)
The next evolution is our ability to proactively communicate with our customers. One of the functions of the Help Center is the ability to “Follow” an article. One of our most popular articles is our Login PI 3 Release Notes:

This addresses the request that people would like to be notified whenever a new release of the software is available. As of now, if you subscribe to this help center article by using the follow button, you will get automatically notifications by email of all newly updated releases. With the new PI 3 architecture, automatic updates are possible through the maintenance menu.
